How To Uninstall tahoe-lafs on wheezy

To uninstall tahoe-lafs just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just tahoe-lafs

Secure distributed filesystem Debian 7.0 utils 1.9.2-1

sudo apt-get remove tahoe-lafs

Which will remove just the tahoe-lafs package itself.

Uninstall tahoe-lafs and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove tahoe-lafs

This will remove the tahoe-lafs package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for tahoe-lafs then this will work.

  Caution!   Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge tahoe-lafs  

Or similarly, like this tahoe-lafs

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove tahoe-lafs
