How To Uninstall task-tamil on wheezy

To uninstall task-tamil just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just task-tamil

Tamil environment Debian 7.0 tasks 3.14.1

sudo apt-get remove task-tamil

Which will remove just the task-tamil package itself.

Uninstall task-tamil and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove task-tamil

This will remove the task-tamil package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for task-tamil then this will work.

  Caution!   Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge task-tamil  

Or similarly, like this task-tamil

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove task-tamil
