How To Uninstall tcl-tls on wheezy

To uninstall tcl-tls just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just tcl-tls

TLS OpenSSL extension to Tcl Debian 7.0 interpreters 1.6+dfsg-3

sudo apt-get remove tcl-tls

Which will remove just the tcl-tls package itself.

Uninstall tcl-tls and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove tcl-tls

This will remove the tcl-tls package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for tcl-tls then this will work.

  Caution!   Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge tcl-tls  

Or similarly, like this tcl-tls

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove tcl-tls
