How To Uninstall tclodbc on wheezy

To uninstall tclodbc just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just tclodbc

The ODBC extension to Tcl Debian 7.0 interpreters 2.5.1-1.1

sudo apt-get remove tclodbc

Which will remove just the tclodbc package itself.

Uninstall tclodbc and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove tclodbc

This will remove the tclodbc package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for tclodbc then this will work.

  Caution!   Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge tclodbc  

Or similarly, like this tclodbc

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove tclodbc
