How To Uninstall tcpick on wheezy

To uninstall tcpick just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just tcpick

TCP stream sniffer and connection tracker Debian 7.0 net 0.2.1-6

sudo apt-get remove tcpick

Which will remove just the tcpick package itself.

Uninstall tcpick and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove tcpick

This will remove the tcpick package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for tcpick then this will work.

  Caution!   Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge tcpick  

Or similarly, like this tcpick

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove tcpick
