How To Uninstall telnet on wheezy

To uninstall telnet just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just telnet

The telnet client Debian 7.0 net 0.17-36

sudo apt-get remove telnet

Which will remove just the telnet package itself.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for telnet then this will work.
