How To Uninstall tklib on wheezy

To uninstall tklib just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just tklib

standard Tk Library Debian 7.0 interpreters 0.5-3

sudo apt-get remove tklib

Which will remove just the tklib package itself.

Uninstall tklib and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove tklib

This will remove the tklib package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for tklib then this will work.

Caution!   Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge tklib

Or similarly, like this tklib

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove tklib
