How To Uninstall tntdb-mysql3 on wheezy

To uninstall tntdb-mysql3 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just tntdb-mysql3

MySQL backend for tntdb database access library Debian 7.0 libs 1.2-2+b1

sudo apt-get remove tntdb-mysql3

Which will remove just the tntdb-mysql3 package itself.

Uninstall tntdb-mysql3 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove tntdb-mysql3

This will remove the tntdb-mysql3 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for tntdb-mysql3 then this will work.

  Caution!   Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge tntdb-mysql3  

Or similarly, like this tntdb-mysql3

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove tntdb-mysql3
