How To Uninstall tora-dbg on wheezy

To uninstall tora-dbg just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just tora-dbg

graphical toolkit for database developers and administrators - debugging symbols Debian 7.0 debug 2.1.3-2

sudo apt-get remove tora-dbg

Which will remove just the tora-dbg package itself.

Uninstall tora-dbg and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove tora-dbg

This will remove the tora-dbg package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for tora-dbg then this will work.

  Caution!   Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge tora-dbg  

Or similarly, like this tora-dbg

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove tora-dbg
