How To Uninstall tstools on wheezy

To uninstall tstools just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just tstools

set of tools for reporting on and manipulating MPEG data Debian 7.0 utils 1.11-1

sudo apt-get remove tstools

Which will remove just the tstools package itself.

Uninstall tstools and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove tstools

This will remove the tstools package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for tstools then this will work.

  Caution!   Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge tstools  

Or similarly, like this tstools

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove tstools
