How To Uninstall ttf-nanum-coding on wheezy

To uninstall ttf-nanum-coding just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ttf-nanum-coding

transitional dummy package Debian 7.0 fonts 2.0-4

sudo apt-get remove ttf-nanum-coding

Which will remove just the ttf-nanum-coding package itself.

Uninstall ttf-nanum-coding and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ttf-nanum-coding

This will remove the ttf-nanum-coding package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ttf-nanum-coding then this will work.

  Caution!   Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ttf-nanum-coding  

Or similarly, like this ttf-nanum-coding

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ttf-nanum-coding
