How To Uninstall ttylog on wheezy

To uninstall ttylog just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ttylog

serial port logger Debian 7.0 utils 0.1.d-2

sudo apt-get remove ttylog

Which will remove just the ttylog package itself.

Uninstall ttylog and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ttylog

This will remove the ttylog package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ttylog then this will work.

  Caution!   Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ttylog  

Or similarly, like this ttylog

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ttylog
