How To Uninstall vdr-plugin-infosatepg On Debian 7

To uninstall vdr-plugin-infosatepg just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just vdr-plugin-infosatepg

include TechniSat EPG data via satelite in vdrDebian 7.0video0.0.11-10
sudo apt-get remove vdr-plugin-infosatepg

This will remove just the vdr-plugin-infosatepg package itself.

Uninstall vdr-plugin-infosatepg and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove vdr-plugin-infosatepg

This will remove the vdr-plugin-infosatepg package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for vdr-plugin-infosatepg then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge vdr-plugin-infosatepg
