How To Uninstall alsaplayer-gtk On Kali Linux 2017.1
To uninstall alsaplayer-gtk just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just alsaplayer-gtk

This will remove just the alsaplayer-gtk package itself.
Uninstall alsaplayer-gtk and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove alsaplayer-gtk
This will remove the alsaplayer-gtk package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for alsaplayer-gtk then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge alsaplayer-gtk
Or similarly, like this alsaplayer-gtk
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove alsaplayer-gtk
