How To Uninstall gadmin-rsync On Kali Linux 2017.1
To uninstall gadmin-rsync just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just gadmin-rsync

This will remove just the gadmin-rsync package itself.
Uninstall gadmin-rsync and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove gadmin-rsync
This will remove the gadmin-rsync package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for gadmin-rsync then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge gadmin-rsync
Or similarly, like this gadmin-rsync
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove gadmin-rsync
