How To Uninstall gajim-httpupload On Kali Linux 2017.1

To uninstall gajim-httpupload just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just gajim-httpupload

Gajim plugin for HTTP Upload and at the same time sending the user a download link. This needs to be supported by the XMPP server (XEP-0363).Kali Linux 2017.1net0.4.6-1
sudo apt-get remove gajim-httpupload

This will remove just the gajim-httpupload package itself.

Uninstall gajim-httpupload and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove gajim-httpupload

This will remove the gajim-httpupload package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for gajim-httpupload then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge gajim-httpupload

Or similarly, like this gajim-httpupload

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove gajim-httpupload
