To uninstall mactelnet-server just follow these instructions.
sudo apt-get remove mactelnet-server
This will remove just the mactelnet-server package itself.
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove mactelnet-server
This will remove the mactelnet-server package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
If you also want to delete your local/config files for mactelnet-server then this will work.
sudo apt-get purge mactelnet-server
Or similarly, like this mactelnet-server
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove mactelnet-server
