How To Uninstall sat-xmpp-core On Kali Linux 2017.1
To uninstall sat-xmpp-core just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just sat-xmpp-core

This will remove just the sat-xmpp-core package itself.
Uninstall sat-xmpp-core and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove sat-xmpp-core
This will remove the sat-xmpp-core package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for sat-xmpp-core then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge sat-xmpp-core
Or similarly, like this sat-xmpp-core
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove sat-xmpp-core
