Uninstall just mint-artwork-cinnamon

This will remove just the mint-artwork-cinnamon package itself.
Uninstall mint-artwork-cinnamon and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove mint-artwork-cinnamon
This will remove the mint-artwork-cinnamon package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for mint-artwork-cinnamon then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge mint-artwork-cinnamon
Or similarly, like this mint-artwork-cinnamon
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove mint-artwork-cinnamon
