How To Uninstall kde-l10n-mr On Linux Mint 17.2
To uninstall kde-l10n-mr just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just kde-l10n-mr

This will remove just the kde-l10n-mr package itself.
Uninstall kde-l10n-mr and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove kde-l10n-mr
This will remove the kde-l10n-mr package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for kde-l10n-mr then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge kde-l10n-mr
Or similarly, like this kde-l10n-mr
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove kde-l10n-mr
