To uninstall marble-plugins just follow these instructions.
sudo apt-get remove marble-plugins
This will remove just the marble-plugins package itself.
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove marble-plugins
This will remove the marble-plugins package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
If you also want to delete your local/config files for marble-plugins then this will work.
sudo apt-get purge marble-plugins
Or similarly, like this marble-plugins
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove marble-plugins
