How To Uninstall parley On Linux Mint 17.2

To uninstall parley just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just parley

vocabulary trainer It is intended as a replacement for flash cards.Linux Mint 17.2kde4:4.14.2-0ubuntu1~ubuntu14.04~ppa1
sudo apt-get remove parley

This will remove just the parley package itself.

Uninstall parley and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove parley

This will remove the parley package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for parley then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge parley

Or similarly, like this parley

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove parley
