This will remove just the cinnamon-control-center-data package itself.
Uninstall cinnamon-control-center-data and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove cinnamon-control-center-data
This will remove the cinnamon-control-center-data package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for cinnamon-control-center-data then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge cinnamon-control-center-data
Or similarly, like this cinnamon-control-center-data
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove cinnamon-control-center-data
