How To Uninstall kpartloader On Linux Mint 17.1

To uninstall kpartloader just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just kpartloader

sudo apt-get remove kpartloader

This will remove just the kpartloader package itself.

Uninstall kpartloader and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove kpartloader

This will remove the kpartloader package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for kpartloader then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge kpartloader

Or similarly, like this kpartloader

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove kpartloader
