How To Uninstall perlqt-dev On Linux Mint 17.1

To uninstall perlqt-dev just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just perlqt-dev

Development files for PerlQt4Linux Mint 17.1perl4:4.14.2-0ubuntu1~ubuntu14.04~ppa1
sudo apt-get remove perlqt-dev

This will remove just the perlqt-dev package itself.

Uninstall perlqt-dev and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove perlqt-dev

This will remove the perlqt-dev package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for perlqt-dev then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge perlqt-dev

Or similarly, like this perlqt-dev

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove perlqt-dev
