This will remove just the plasma-runners-addons package itself.
Uninstall plasma-runners-addons and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove plasma-runners-addons
This will remove the plasma-runners-addons package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for plasma-runners-addons then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge plasma-runners-addons
Or similarly, like this plasma-runners-addons
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove plasma-runners-addons
