To uninstall plasma-widget-folderview just follow these instructions.
sudo apt-get remove plasma-widget-folderview
This will remove just the plasma-widget-folderview package itself.
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove plasma-widget-folderview
This will remove the plasma-widget-folderview package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
If you also want to delete your local/config files for plasma-widget-folderview then this will work.
sudo apt-get purge plasma-widget-folderview
Or similarly, like this plasma-widget-folderview
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove plasma-widget-folderview
