How To Uninstall python-kde4-dbg On Linux Mint 17.1

To uninstall python-kde4-dbg just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just python-kde4-dbg

debugging symbols for the PyKDE bindings Python bindings for the KDE Development Platform. Install this package if you are experiencing crashes of the PyKDE application and wish to report a problem to the developers.Linux Mint 17.1debug4:4.14.2-0ubuntu1~ubuntu14.04~ppa1
sudo apt-get remove python-kde4-dbg

This will remove just the python-kde4-dbg package itself.

Uninstall python-kde4-dbg and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove python-kde4-dbg

This will remove the python-kde4-dbg package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for python-kde4-dbg then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge python-kde4-dbg

Or similarly, like this python-kde4-dbg

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove python-kde4-dbg
