How To Uninstall kajongg On Linux Mint 17.3
To uninstall kajongg just follow these instructions.

This will remove just the kajongg package itself.
Uninstall kajongg and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove kajongg
This will remove the kajongg package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for kajongg then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge kajongg
Or similarly, like this kajongg
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove kajongg
