How To Uninstall kalgebra On Linux Mint 17.3
To uninstall kalgebra just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just kalgebra

This will remove just the kalgebra package itself.
Uninstall kalgebra and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove kalgebra
This will remove the kalgebra package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for kalgebra then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge kalgebra
Or similarly, like this kalgebra
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove kalgebra
