How To Uninstall kdeconnect On Linux Mint 17.3
To uninstall kdeconnect just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just kdeconnect

This will remove just the kdeconnect package itself.
Uninstall kdeconnect and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove kdeconnect
This will remove the kdeconnect package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for kdeconnect then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge kdeconnect
Or similarly, like this kdeconnect
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove kdeconnect
