Uninstall just libatrildocument3-dbg

This will remove just the libatrildocument3-dbg package itself.
Uninstall libatrildocument3-dbg and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libatrildocument3-dbg
This will remove the libatrildocument3-dbg package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for libatrildocument3-dbg then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libatrildocument3-dbg
Or similarly, like this libatrildocument3-dbg
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libatrildocument3-dbg
