How To Uninstall nemo-image-converter On Linux Mint 18.1

To uninstall nemo-image-converter just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just nemo-image-converter

nemo extension to mass resize or rotate images the context menu of all images. This opens a dialog where you set the desired image size and file name. A click on "Resize" finally resizes the image(s) using ImageMagick's convert tool.Linux Mint 18.1gnome3.2.0+serena
sudo apt-get remove nemo-image-converter

This will remove just the nemo-image-converter package itself.

Uninstall nemo-image-converter and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove nemo-image-converter

This will remove the nemo-image-converter package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for nemo-image-converter then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge nemo-image-converter

Or similarly, like this nemo-image-converter

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove nemo-image-converter
