How To Uninstall grub-coreboot On Linux Mint 18.2

To uninstall grub-coreboot just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just grub-coreboot

GRand Unified Bootloader, version 2 (Coreboot version) cleaner design than its predecessors, and provides the following new features:Linux Mint 18.2admin2.02~beta2-36ubuntu3.9+linuxmint1
sudo apt-get remove grub-coreboot

This will remove just the grub-coreboot package itself.

Uninstall grub-coreboot and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove grub-coreboot

This will remove the grub-coreboot package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for grub-coreboot then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge grub-coreboot

Or similarly, like this grub-coreboot

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove grub-coreboot
