How To Uninstall gobi-loader On Parrot 3.7

To uninstall gobi-loader just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just gobi-loader

Firmware loader for Qualcomm Gobi USB chipsets. appear in an uninitialised state when power is applied and require firmware to be loaded before they can be used as modems. gobi-loader adds a udev rule that will trigger loading of the firmware and make the modem usable.Parrot 3.7contrib/admin0.6-1+b2
sudo apt-get remove gobi-loader

This will remove just the gobi-loader package itself.

Uninstall gobi-loader and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove gobi-loader

This will remove the gobi-loader package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for gobi-loader then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge gobi-loader

Or similarly, like this gobi-loader

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove gobi-loader
