To uninstall bacula-director-pgsql just follow these instructions.
sudo apt-get remove bacula-director-pgsql
This will remove just the bacula-director-pgsql package itself.
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove bacula-director-pgsql
This will remove the bacula-director-pgsql package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
If you also want to delete your local/config files for bacula-director-pgsql then this will work.
sudo apt-get purge bacula-director-pgsql
Or similarly, like this bacula-director-pgsql
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove bacula-director-pgsql
