To uninstall daemonfs just follow these instructions.
sudo apt-get remove daemonfs
This will remove just the daemonfs package itself.
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove daemonfs
This will remove the daemonfs package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
If you also want to delete your local/config files for daemonfs then this will work.
sudo apt-get purge daemonfs
Or similarly, like this daemonfs
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove daemonfs
