How To Uninstall e2guardian On Parrot 3.7

To uninstall e2guardian just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just e2guardian

Web content filtering (Dansguardian fork) including phrase matching, PICS filtering and URL filtering. It does not purely filter based on a banned list of sites.Parrot 3.7web3.4.0.3-2
sudo apt-get remove e2guardian

This will remove just the e2guardian package itself.

Uninstall e2guardian and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove e2guardian

This will remove the e2guardian package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for e2guardian then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge e2guardian

Or similarly, like this e2guardian

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove e2guardian
