To uninstall hamradio-datamodes just follow these instructions.
sudo apt-get remove hamradio-datamodes
This will remove just the hamradio-datamodes package itself.
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove hamradio-datamodes
This will remove the hamradio-datamodes package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
If you also want to delete your local/config files for hamradio-datamodes then this will work.
sudo apt-get purge hamradio-datamodes
Or similarly, like this hamradio-datamodes
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove hamradio-datamodes
