How To Uninstall jackd1-firewire On Parrot 3.7

To uninstall jackd1-firewire just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just jackd1-firewire

JACK Audio Connection Kit (FFADO backend) connect to one audio device, and to share audio between themselves.Parrot 3.7sound1:0.125.0-2
sudo apt-get remove jackd1-firewire

This will remove just the jackd1-firewire package itself.

Uninstall jackd1-firewire and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove jackd1-firewire

This will remove the jackd1-firewire package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for jackd1-firewire then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge jackd1-firewire

Or similarly, like this jackd1-firewire

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove jackd1-firewire
