How To Uninstall jamnntpd On Parrot 3.7

To uninstall jamnntpd just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just jamnntpd

NNTP Server allowing newsreaders to access a JAM messagebase newsreaders. Basically, JamNNTPd is NNTP server that allows newsreaders to access a JAM messagebase. (If you didn't understand a word of this, you may not want to use JamNNTPd anyway).Parrot 3.7news1.2-1+b1
sudo apt-get remove jamnntpd

This will remove just the jamnntpd package itself.

Uninstall jamnntpd and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove jamnntpd

This will remove the jamnntpd package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for jamnntpd then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge jamnntpd

Or similarly, like this jamnntpd

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove jamnntpd
