How To Uninstall junior-sound On Parrot 3.7
To uninstall junior-sound just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just junior-sound

This will remove just the junior-sound package itself.
Uninstall junior-sound and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove junior-sound
This will remove the junior-sound package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for junior-sound then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge junior-sound
Or similarly, like this junior-sound
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove junior-sound
