How To Uninstall kde-spectacle On Parrot 3.7
To uninstall kde-spectacle just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just kde-spectacle

This will remove just the kde-spectacle package itself.
Uninstall kde-spectacle and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove kde-spectacle
This will remove the kde-spectacle package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for kde-spectacle then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge kde-spectacle
Or similarly, like this kde-spectacle
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove kde-spectacle
