Uninstall just kde-style-oxygen

This will remove just the kde-style-oxygen package itself.
Uninstall kde-style-oxygen and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove kde-style-oxygen
This will remove the kde-style-oxygen package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for kde-style-oxygen then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge kde-style-oxygen
Or similarly, like this kde-style-oxygen
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove kde-style-oxygen
