To uninstall ohcount just follow these instructions.
sudo apt-get remove ohcount
This will remove just the ohcount package itself.
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ohcount
This will remove the ohcount package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
If you also want to delete your local/config files for ohcount then this will work.
sudo apt-get purge ohcount
Or similarly, like this ohcount
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ohcount
