How To Uninstall parser3-mysql On Parrot 3.7
To uninstall parser3-mysql just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just parser3-mysql

This will remove just the parser3-mysql package itself.
Uninstall parser3-mysql and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove parser3-mysql
This will remove the parser3-mysql package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for parser3-mysql then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge parser3-mysql
Or similarly, like this parser3-mysql
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove parser3-mysql
