How To Uninstall r-cran-evd On Parrot 3.7

To uninstall r-cran-evd just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just r-cran-evd

GNU R Functions for extreme value distributions univariate and multivariate parametric extreme value distributions, and provides fitting functions which calculate maximum likelihood estimates for univariate and bivariate maxima models, and for univariate and bivariate threshold models.Parrot 3.7gnu-r2.3-2-1
sudo apt-get remove r-cran-evd

This will remove just the r-cran-evd package itself.

Uninstall r-cran-evd and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove r-cran-evd

This will remove the r-cran-evd package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for r-cran-evd then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge r-cran-evd

Or similarly, like this r-cran-evd

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove r-cran-evd
