Uninstall just r-cran-fassets

This will remove just the r-cran-fassets package itself.
Uninstall r-cran-fassets and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove r-cran-fassets
This will remove the r-cran-fassets package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for r-cran-fassets then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge r-cran-fassets
Or similarly, like this r-cran-fassets
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove r-cran-fassets
