To install xcolorsel just follow these instructions.

Install xcolorsel
http://installion.co.uk/parrot/jollyroger/main/x/xcolorsel/install/index.htmldisplay colors and names in X file (/etc/X11/rgb.txt) together with tiles showing how the color looks on your screen. You can cut the color names/definitions in various formatsParrot 3.7x111.1a-20sudo apt-get install xcolorsel
Which will install xcolorsel and any other packages on which it depends.
