To uninstall ytree just follow these instructions.
sudo apt-get remove ytree
This will remove just the ytree package itself.
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ytree
This will remove the ytree package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
If you also want to delete your local/config files for ytree then this will work.
sudo apt-get purge ytree
Or similarly, like this ytree
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ytree
